Kirsten Danielle Delavin aka Kisses Delavin topped the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 headshot challenge.
This is according to the list released on Monday, August 2, by the Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) Organization on social media.
Delavin, representing Masbate City, got the highest vote on the MUPH app.
Watch out as MUPH will be releasing new challenge tonight on the app.
