According to the report of pageant blog M Pageantry, Miss Grand Philippines 2020 Samantha Bernardo passed out after the national costume show. She was treated in the nearest hospital afterwards.
Kenneth Ramil Yturralde, Samantha's official stylist, gives an update on the current situation of Samantha.
"Guys, Samantha Bernardo is okay. She's just tired. She's not injured or anything. Kalma lang po reserba lang sya ng energy tomorrow." he said.
The beauty queen also denied the incidence on her IG story. She even mentioned the pageant page who broke the news to delete the post.
"Please turn this down M Pageantry. I just need some rest earlier (at the) backstage. I am all good now. See you all tomorrow." Samantha said.
Rodin Rodgil Flores of Kagandahang Flores Camp assures fans that Samantha is doing good.
"Salamat po sa all out support for Samantha Bernardo. She is ok po after her amazing National Costume Presentation." Flores said on his Facebook post.
The 63 official candidates of Miss Grand International 2020 showcase their heritage and culture through the national costume competition held at Show DC Hall in Bangkok on Wednesday night, March 24.
For Miss Grand Philippines 2020 Samantha Bernardo, she is wearing a monkey-eating eagle inspired national costume made by Patrick Isorena.
The ladies will compete in the last round of the contest, the preliminary competition, at Show DC Hall, March 25 at 8PM Manila time.
